PSP 2000. Its slimmer and lighter, and it had twice as much RAM as the PSP 1000 which equals faster loading times and such. The PSP 3000 had a mic but its screen wasn't so great, so yeah, I recommend PSP 2000 :DSpinnerwebIs it true that psp 2000 will break it dropped? And its cheat made?

I don't really know what you mean by 'cheat made', but any console will break if you drop it hard enough. I JEST I JEST  Nah, unless you're extremely careless with it no harm will come to it.
I have loved my Daxter-model PSP2000 since the day I bought it. Never a regret, tons of great games. The 3000 has a slightly brighter screen (I believe), but also the aforementioned Scan-Line issue, which seems to be different from one unit to the next. I would go with a 2000, but with any unit you buy, turn it on and look at screen centering (how the screen is mounted in the chassis - Some screens are crooked or show light through button holes in the face, it doesn't harm anything, but I find lack of symmetry to be annoying).
The other thing I would do is buy a 16gig memory stick, then you'll have everything you could possibly need for YEARS of great gaming.
Enjoy, and let us know what you ended up buying, and what games you got for it. I'm envious, m'friend... New system aquisitions are so much FUN!!! And there are a metric PANT-LOAD of great titles... I don't know about everyone else, but I think the PSP is a much better buy than a Vita, for the foreseeable future.
:D
I'll buy a Vita someday, cuz theyz really COOL... But there's so much gaming to get done on the OG PSP, it's insane (and so much CHEAPER, LoL!)
PS - On dropping/ breaking a PSP: They're pretty resilient. You don't want to do it if at all avoidable, but dropping the PSP doesn't mean a guaranteed  ...
:)
If you can get a 2000 significantly cheaper then why not.
3000 is just fine. Scanlines can be negligible specially that the colors are a bit more vibrant with the 3000 screen.
AFAIK the Go no longer have these scanlines but it's probably more expensive and have it's own issues being a digital only format and some comfort issue with its form factor.
