Who cares really? Sure it's loud for some games, but what I find is when I get into the game (or turn the sound up!), I hardly notice at all

The only problem with that is the PSP's sound is piss poor.

Well I personally wouldn't go so far as to say its the PSP's only problem, but it definitely is a major issue. I'd put the placement or lack of another analogue stick in there as well.

You read my post wrong. I didn't say it was the PSP's only problem. I said the only problem with his post was that it's hard to "turn the sound up!"

Oh, it's not loud until your psp refuses to read UMDs and goes "CLICK CLICK TAP CLICKCLICKCLICK TAP TAP CLICK."

^Just a little warning for you, be careful putting a UMD in.

Ok, that was one heck of a sentence, but that's what my friend probably did to my psp. I think you just solved one of my other topics.

Actually, it's almost general knowledge that the PSP's sound is terrible. If your PSP is unusually loud, that would mean there is a problem with YOURS.

Whatever dude, no need to get all deffensive! My PSP doesn't have problems with sound is all I'm saying, so saying "it's almost general knowledge that the PSP's sound is terrible" is a crock

Yep the UMD drive makes a "churning sound" I kinda like it. I bought my PSP new back in the days of the "Value pack". Newer PSP sound better?
