Excuse me, I've been under a rock the past year or so.... do they even release movies on UMD format anymore? Looking into getting a PSP, and watching movies on it is one thing that excites me about the system.

UMD is for games only these days. if you only want to watch movies get a portable dvd player

Sony still releases several of it's movies on UMD a good example would be Casino Royale.

There are still a few new releases every once in a while I think, but for the most part your stuck with the current library of UMD movies. They're great if you can buy them for cheap, like at a sale or off of Ebay.
