Unable to play as the joker?!?

I've finished the story mode in Arkham Asylum. I then downloaded the play as the joker file from the Playstation Network and installed it on my PS3.

But I can't seem to understand how to play as the Joker. Or where to find his maps in the game.

Yes it has to be in the challenge mode. Thats what I've read as well. But I can't seem to find it in the menu :(

somebody got a screenshot or something?

I believe that you have to unlock the challenges in story mode first before being able to play as with the joker.ExoticAnimal

Yeah, thats what I would think too.

I had no trouble playing as the Joker, it was an easily viewable option to choose who to play as for me

Does he appear as an option on the screen where youu have to choose between normal and armoured batman?

Correct. That's where he would show up. You would pick Joker first and then the challenges that are available to him (there are eight).
