I hated it at first... I can remember playing Uncharted demo and being like "golly I hate how he is so slow and how you cant zoom in shooting," but I gave Uncharted 2 a try and LOVED it. Favorite game on PS3. So after playing the 2nd one, I had to buy the first one... Loved it too. I highly doubt you will still dislike the game by the first hour playing it.
It is one of 7 games I have given a 10, so yes its an AMAZING game in my opinion. I plan on replaying it sometime relatively soon, and who knows, maybe I will love it more, or maybe I will see flaws.

There is this girl (around 25 years old) in my PSN friends list that plays U2 online alot almost everyday, and is even several levels ranked ahead of me, and she has never touched the story mode. I dont understand why or how you can by a game (2009's game of the year) and not even play the highly praised story mode.

lol me neither, although the MP is fantastic too. It really grows on you as you play it.

Haha I didnt even play the MP until I was done the SP I dont think, granted it only took me 2 or 3 days to finish the game as I was glued to the TV and had the time to myself. The SP was so good I could not stop playing it. Then I played MP mode for QUITE some time.
I'm actually beginning to play it. I had heard from others that the Uncharted series is amazing........and I must agree. I have had a wonderful time playing the game. It will continue to be a classic game.
