Uncharted 2 doesnt look better than KZ2 and even Geow2

not a 360 fanboy, infact i own both consoles (20gb X360 and 60gb PS3), and i decided to do a graphics comparison with all three games on my HDTV. i came to the conclusion that uncharted 2 doesnt look better than KZ2 and Geow2. infact i think KZ2 looks better than Uncharted 2, but uncharted 2 in on par graphically with Geow2. now as far as cinematics and what is going on on the screen at one time, Uncharted 2 murders both games, but as far as texteres, lighting and the other graphical jargons, uncharted 2 does not beat both games. just my honest opinion.

I have played alot of all these games, and uncharted 2 looks better. KZ2 is actually overated, even though it looks good. Gears 2 is a good looking game, but nothing looks like Uncharted 2.

I have all the consoles as well, and Gears 2 isn't even in the race between those two in terms of graphics.

GeoW2 is the best looking game on the X360, though, in my opinion.

ok i'm not gonna throw anything in without back up...some people mistake style over all the technical stuff....i still think mgs4 is better than all the said games mentioned, but i don't know all the technical hooplah so please argue with something to back it up, cuz its just mere claims without it

I can't believe people don't see Uncharted 2 as being the best looking game.

Some parts of it looked so amazing that I felt that it was useless to even compare it to anything else.

I mean the game is a technical acheivment. I just can't believe people are disputing it. lol

The snow in the hair and on his clothes is simply impressive, even the rust on the bars was impressive. Not to mention the amount of work put into facial expressions. I don't see how anyone can think Gears even comes close to being in the same ballpark.

That's just being blind, and i'm not trying to single you out. Anyone who claims Gears 2 isn't even close to Uncharted 2 is crazy, but I do have to give the win to Uncharted. I love Gears (in fact it's the only good Co-op game out there and my wife actually plays with me) but Uncharted 2 blew me away. I think i'm actually ruined for future games, but hey maybe God of War III will surprise me. (I'm really pulling for it.)

Uncharted 2 looks the most appealing by far, the vibrant colours and detail in the locations is astonishing.

in my honest opinion gears of war is overrated, glitchy and just plain garbage, not a sony fanboy, just being honest. uncharted 2 is the pinnacle of awesomeness in every single aspect so far this generation. in fact im just being honestly, very honestDangerHiVoltage

Well said. Gears is over-rated. It does not look realistic at all. KZ2 and Uncharted 2 look better than anything on the other system. Games on the other system just look shiny.

have you played uncharted 2 or are you talking out of ur ass with only pics and youtube videos you seen. the ppl who played the level "where am i" really know which game is graphicly better. Uncharted 2>killzone 2>gears2

I just bought Uncharted 2 the other day and I can honestly say that it's NOT graphically better than KZ2, not even close in terms of realism and lighting effects. UC 2 has amazing scenery and colors, something KZ2 doesn't have for a reason, so those can't compare really.

I agree that KZ2 is overrated in terms of graphics. Don't get me wrong, it looks good, but it doesn't look as nice as U2. GOW2 is on par with KZ2 I think.

Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 are both amazing graphical masterpieces. Does it really matter which one is slightly better?

I can honestly say without any doubts that Uncharted 2 is the best look game I have ever played, from both a technical and artistic standpoint.

I have always been "game first, graphics second", but Uncharted 2 made me stop and look around in awe many times. That snow... Dear god that snow...
