Uncharted 2 to set the bar Higher than KZ2? Article

Considering how much first Uncharted lowered my standards (enough to accept Tomb Raider Underworld despite all it's flaws)

Not sure how it can raise any bars.

LOL, not happening, As good as Uncharted looked, I don't think the second one will look as good as KZ2. All they're going to be doing is tweaking their engine.

Make no mistake though, the game will look gorgeous. And I hope Naughty Dog will be able to come up with a story to equal or surpass the first. And to make me feel as if I was actually in an action adventure movie, like the first one did.

Jeez just because KZ2 has the best grpahics and is one of the most hyped games doesnt mean its going to be the best a no one can make a game better then KZ2. Like the article said KZ2 is only using 60% of the SPU's power and Uncharted is using higher than that. Stop hyping KZ2 has a gift from godZacherWol19

You know, graphics aren't best judged by the usage of processing power. Maybe Killzone 2's code is far superior and far optimized than Uncharted 2. Maybe Guerilla is far more talented than Naughty Dog in making use of the SPU. It's simple. If Killzone 2 looks better, it's better. We'll see when actual gameplay screens of Uncharted come out. So far, all we have are screens at seemingly 1900x1600 with 16xAA.

I hope PS3 exclusives will be more like Metal Gear solid 4 in term of quality games cause Resistance 2 was a massive let down for me. Havent played the 1st one I didnt know what to expect but seriously i'm starting to be pissed of that 720p **** when all xbox games are 1080p like always? I bought a true HD TV last summer to benefits the most of it with the PS3 and such but 720p only = fail material. Oh and why is the PS3 always selecting the 720p when there's1080p available? Dead Space is the example I want to mention. If I want Dead Space in 1080p I got to turn off the 720p option in my settings. Wtf is that seriously. But back to resistance. This game was (1) way too hard at normal settings. Getting hit by 1 bullet and your screen turns red like you're about to die just like in CoD at expert? The textures reminded me of a PS2 game no joke. There's at some point in the game where you're in some space ship and when you look down below you can see the ground with farms and houses and stuff. I swear to god this picture was taken with a 0.01 megapixel camera and was implemented in the game it's awful. Uncharted (even if it's graphic was really awesome) was still only in 720p. Hope Killzone is in 1080p cause I was crips graphics to see the full potential of the console just like in MGS4.

Graphics doesnt make the game but it helps greatly. LBP also is in 720p. So does Silent Hill Homecoming, I could continue to ennumerate all the games I had to exchange to get the best of them on the Xbox. /deceived

I think Killzone 2 is the best looking game yet. I own a high end gaming rig, and have played Crysis, Crysis Warhead, Far Cry 2 and Fallout 3 all on highest settings with AA, and I think Killzone 2 looks better...havokmaster
