Ok I have been craving a new game dont want to wait for a new game release. So do I go with Uncharted. Im only afraid that the games story wont entice me (if thats how you spell it lol) and I will get bored fast. While the gameplay seems right up my alley, I am also afraid it will be another boring story with lack of multiplayer. Does the game have good replay value and a story that could bring me home?snwboardn08I just got a 80GB PS3 with Motorstorm. I also bought Uncharted, Oblivion GOTY Edition, Ratchet & Clank, Assassin's Creed, Burnout, and Warhawk. Uncharted and Oblivion are the ones I play the most. I love Uncharted. The graphics, the adventuring, the gameplay, the length of the game, the story, did I mention the graphics all kick ass.

Uncharted is definitely a game every PS3 owner should play. The gameplay is a lot of fun and there's a lot of great touches like:
-The way Drake's shirt ripples
-How Drake's clothes get wet to the exact level of the water
-How the enemies scramble about when you shoot them just as they are about to throw a granade, only to be blown up themselves
-Drake panting after running
-The enemies seem to know when you run out of ammo so they'll run at you when you do run out of ammo
-Bunch of extra's and making of's
-No game install and hardly any load times
-Drake will get scared when a granade lands right by him
-Great looking environments and characters, and a welcome change from all the gray/brown in most games
-Enemies are smart and duck out of the way of fire
-Fun puzzles that never get hard or in the way
-Lots of interesting twists in the story and likeable characters
I finished my first run through on Easy at around 9 hours with little exploration, but I will go back and play it again on Hard, and Crushing.
A little bit of extra info:
-There is a lot of replay value in the game
-For the most part you will be fighting the same enemies again and again but the shootouts really are fun and they're handled well. The fact that the enemies are smart and tough really helps a lot.
-There's a nice variety of jungles and other areas that I wont spoil.
So I think you owe it to yourself to play through Uncharted. It's a really fun game and the story's awesome.
when in doubt rent it, thats what im doing with assassins creedmonkeyarms07
Good move... Assassin's Creed kinda sucks. Great looking game, though. Might have the dumbest story of all time, though.
