uncharted is it a good game?

It's not good, it's awesome. Lots of action and platforming with beautiful graphics, great action sequences, awesome sound/music, and it really feels like you are in a movie.

Buy it.

i'm not there yet, but rumor has it that its a short game.
some people miss a multi-player mode (i don't)
its very linear, no free roaming here.

in my book the pro's owns the cons and you should really check this game out. i've been at it for about 4 hours and its been a really sweet experience so far.

I haven't bought it yet but I've been playing the demo over and over. Its pretty fun IMO. I think the cons of the game is that its kind of short, has no multiplayer or coop (I don't really mind), and the puzzles are supposedly too easy (from what I heard).I don't have the game so I'm not really sure if you should listen to me.aznfool07

Uncharted had awesome gameplay, sickening visuals, and a ballin' ass storyline.
This game roxors my boxors.

Here are just a few reasons why Uncharted is my GOTY:

• it's the most fun I've had playing a single player campaign since God of War II
• amazing graphics, animations, gameplay, andimmersiveness
• the story is like a summer blockbuster movie that you will love to watch and play over and over again
• it has four different difficulty levels, one of which you unlock by beating the game on hard, which is actually hard
• the game only takes eight hours if you play on easy or medium; expect a good 10-15 hours on hard
• there are 60 treasures to find
• there are 47 medals to earn (many of them are very difficult)
• there are 1000 points worth of medals to earn...
• there rewards to getby earning certain numbers of pointsfrom medals including: art galleries of character/level concepts, unlimitted ammo, weapon choice, fast motion, slow motion, super slow motion, costumes, etc

So ...the game has plenty of replayability unless you're the type of person who will only beat the game once on easy or medium in 8-10 hours and then have it sit on your shelf and collect dust.

But, if the treasures, medals, rewards, or challenging AI interest you even remotely, you will get plenty of replayability out of this game. Naughty Dog knows how to keep gamers coming back for more.

Besides, its just pure undeniable fun ... well worth the $60

You will not be disappointed. Uncharted is a great game and has stunning graphics and great storyline. CoD4 IMOis the best FPS game ever. Single player is so well presented and well made (if a little short) and i've already clocked in over 20hours online.

i've just gotten to the last chapter... (22) i think its the last anyway and i have been playing for about 8 hours or so on normal so its about the length of any game out these days. but thats not a bad thing.. its not to long, so you don't get tired of it, and its not to short so the story get to flourish and become this epic adventure... the gunplay is great and there isnt really a bad thing i can really say about it other then harp like fanboys of other games and say *its like Gears* or that its like whatever other game they see fit to throw in there.. not to say that they are wrong it does remind me of gears but it does it in a good way and this shouldn't be looked at as a negative.

and last but not least replay value... i haven't beaten the 22 chapter yet but i already plan on going back through this game 2 or 3 more times atleast unlocking everything and then checking out the unlocks so its definatly worth picking up imo
