The easy way is to start the Jeep Chase level. At the beginning of the level, you'll find a barrel you can hit with the grenade launcher on the jeep. Keep your crosshair to the right and aimed just a bit down from center and shoot at it as you drive past it. 3 enemies will run out and be blown up at the same time if your timing is right. After shooting the barrel, there will be an archway that you'll drive under. At that point, just restart from the nearest checkpoint and repeat until you've got the trophy.

Go to level 4 with all the traps and then pick up the grenade launcher on top of a wall.p4ddym

Thats how I did it. About 5 guys cascade over a wall at the same time, and a well placed grenade launcher shot should kill at least 4 of them.

i too have a question. is the trophy patch out even for canadians? i can not check right now as i am at work, so if someone can confirm it is out its greatly appreciated! charomid
