i think both will be good, the only real complaint i've heard about assassin's creed is it's very repetitive which could make is less fun to complete all the way through plus different controls and poor fighting system... but it's really innovative in its own right and escaping looks really fun, uncharted brings back the old action/adventure indiana jones-type genre, and looks pretty solid we'll have to see with the full game... so i think they're both about equal but with each game having their own pros/cons
i plan on getting both although i'll wait until the scores come out
I vote for uncharted because I just loved the demo. But Im picking both games on day one. Assassins will be a great game and Uncharted will be a great exclusives. The two games have very different game elements to pick which one will be better. Uncharted is third shooter/platformer with the duck,cover and shoot principleand Assassin is like a stealth/platformer with an inovative control scheme.
I plan on picking up Assassin;s Creed as well as uncharted. But I think I might enjoy uncharted a litle more. The demo for me is at 96%, and I keep hearing great things from people whove played it
I voted Assassin's creed.. I've looked forward to a proper assassin game, and I really hope it delivers.. :-).. As for rumours about assassin being bad controls etc, I have not read anything about besides this post.. We'll see.. I've yet to try Uncharted as I'm european.. So I'll have to wait till they launch the demo for us =).. I preordered Assassin's Creed months ago.. I'll get Uncharted if it lies under the tree ;).. (hoping my gf will put it there.. hehe)
tuff choice. yeasterday i would have said Assassins creed but after the Uncharted demo i have to say uncharted. Actually after the Uncharted demo im kinda less intrested in AC. I dont know if it will be as impressive. but i hope im wrong and both will be great games.
Uncharted Demo has captured me. The gameplay is smooth and responsive,in addition to that the game looks great, has short loading times and FMVs are skippable. It just seems as though they have done everything right for this type. If the final version keeps the same integrity and quality of the demo then this game is going to be very awesome.
I've been looking forward to AC since the first trailer was shown at e3 a couple years ago (when it was an exclusive). It was one of the games that made me want a ps3. So I'll be getting it when it comes out. Having played the demo for Uncharted though, I think it'll probably be the better game, but I'll have to wait and get it when I can.
It's all a matter of preference...these threads are too numerous I preordered Assassin's Creed and think it'll be amazing. I'll probably get Uncharted later on since I have so many games to play right now
I'm really looking forward to Assasin's Creed. I dare say I would prefer it if the two games both do really well, but as it stands the story and universe behind AC has me totally hooked, while UDF looks good, I want to see it before I declare it an amazing game.
can't vote because I'm getting both. If you are a fan of one of these games, I really cannot see why you wouldn't want the other. Different stories, settings, characters, etc., but the premise of awesome platforming is still there. It's just that one's a shooter the other is sword play.
