Assassins Creed is a hide in plain sight/infiltration game with a large scale game world. Uncharted is a more closed game world, but gorgeous, and with a much more action oriented gameplay style mixed with exploration. (Think Tomb Raider meets Gears of War.) Whichever of those sounds good to you, go get it.
I just made a thread about getting the both ;) By the way ... Uncharted has a powerful game experience , and the game has alot of genre . its ( Romantic story , Action , Comedy and Adventure ) .... You will have a nice to playing it :)
if u have a very tight budget, maybe u might be interested in uncharted, i too had the same dilenma, and went to bought AC thinking it would last longer, but AC is more like overhyped to me. AC is indeed a very very good game, but uncharted is better and is exclusive too.

A friend and I beat it in two sittings in about 13 hrs on veteran (or hard), I really enjoyed it but the replay is probably going to be pretty low. IMO it is the best experience out right now for the PS3 though but if you are tight on cash a weekend rental will probably get you about 85% out of the game.

Uncharted has big repaly value. I beat it on Hard, am playing it on crushing now, and plan on beating it again after that just to get all the unlockables. My third play through will probably be on black and white with mirrored world, just to mix it up a bit.
As someone who owns both, I'd recommend Uncharted highly. I got Uncharted the day after Assassin's Creed. I've played through Uncharted twice through and have only done 3 assassinations in AC. AC promised a lot and didn't deliver very much. I think it's a lot of fun, and if you're a guy that buys everything, like me, snap it up, but if not, save your money for something better.
Don't be a fool, like I was, buy Uncharted. AC doesn't deserve your purchase the state it's in. The developers put out a an unfinished product (or a poor one) on the ps3, and it definetly shows not far into the game. i'd wait until it gets patched atleast. If you were going to choose though, get Uncharted the game is nearly flawless and it's on another level.
Uncharted is only for Ps3, so support your exclusives as well.
