I just purchased the game and its average to me. The graphics are beautiful,the cutscenes are great,voiceovers are nicely done and gameplay is good but actually playing the game tends to get very boring. Walking around these dark ass caves and walking the jungles for long period of times really doin nothing but finding treasures or finding a way out of a cave or in one. It just tends to get boring at times.....just my opinion,no need to attack me fellas lol

I mean people do have different taste ya know...the gunfights are cool. The reviewer is missing me cuz the gunfights arent really that hard if you ask me and Ive never played Oblivion...I also hate the manual aiming,never liked it in games .

i don't see why it's not ok for him to think that it's overrated in his opinion :? that's just dumb..
But, meh. I don't think the game is overrated. it just not what every person who got their PS3 from their mom, hyped it up to be. Not that i believe it. but it's all seen before :/ reminded me of either 24 the game or that crappy Mission Impossible game for the PS2.. Not saying that Uncharted is THAT bad. it's just not one of the best out there. but the PS3 is still in the early years of it's lifespan. =D
i'm guessing it won't top my Heavenly Sword experience, but i'd like to play it. i don't expect it will give me new game experience in any way, just that it will be an entertaining game.
And I will add...one of my top three games this generation (Oblivion (360), Gears and Uncharted). The only thing that bothered me about the game was that Nathan Drake was some sort of "Super Stamina Spider Monkey" the way he was able to make some of the hanging jumps and such. It would have been nice if their had been some sort of explanation of this.
p.s. Did anyone else find it hillarious when he climbed a vine and looked like a chimp? Maybe just my humor.

Lol. I did wonder how he was such a super human monkey man! He could jump off from high ledges with no damage and traverse through cliffs like a monkey. I thought it was awesome and I still loved the game regardless.
Prolly the best single player game ive played for my ps3 and my xbox 360 this year. Mass Effect has a great story but the combat is very boring. Call of Duty 4 and Warhawk are the best online games out for this year oh and Resistance. :)
I actually agree with you, kind of. I've only played the demo but I was kinda bored playing through it. The only interesting part of it was the opening cutscene. Nothing more.

you dont have to manual aim if you dont really want too and make it harder for your self only when behind cover, you can just hit R1 and pray you hit someone
