I prefer COD4 too, but graphic wise, UT3 is definitely better... No doubt... It's like gears of war on steroids...(to be fair, i'm comparing the pc versions of both...)

and UT3 is not bad either, but the team multi isn't fun cause everyone dies all the time... Capture the flag and warfare are better though...

When you say COD 4 is superior is your opinion and not everyone else. You sound like your are forcing yours on others. The game looks better than anything on the platform except for Uncharted.

And what are these so called "New" FPS if those classics are regarded as old by you? I like the series because they are jump in and frag games. Extremely fun and fast paced with lots and maps and variety of guns.

COD 4 has a very slow feel to it which generally just turn into tactical. You die after getting 4-5 bullets. You dont unlock superior weapons unless you commit yourself to reach the required level. Those that have generally are a high level carry a fair advantage over those who dont.

Its the "King of Online Shooters" and its given that title for a reason. GO back and play your COD and let others enjoy the game. No one wants to hear that you didn't like it.

If you don't like the game, fine, that's certainly your right, but to say it looks awful is just incorrect. Whether or not you like the art style is one thing, but the graphics are very, very good.

then my tv is just displaying the game bad , i will put settings back to 720p. I really hope its that because what i saw wasnt as good as everyone says.

what you think looks good and bad is a matter of opinion, though if your playing it in 1080i the game will look worse its not designed for 1080i and people have said it blurs stuff out a bit.

obviously u didnt buy the game and are just saddened that you bought cod4 and didnt wait for ut3...go somewhere else liar...if your going to trash a game make it believeable

Like everyone said its your opinion. But generally ppl love it. For some i can imagine the gameplay may be to fast paced, and they may get worked up about ba campaign and no splitscreen but the online is superior to COD4. Saying the graphics are bad is like saying MGS4 is gonna flop, i mean come on, have u seen the cut scenes, the texture, the face, the suits and the guns look serious.

If System Wars is the place to state facts then sure I'll take it there. However I have never posted in system wars, I ocassionaly see your posts praising the Xbox 360 and judging by your rating for PS3 game, that is very obvious as well.perfection1000

This isn't the 360 Board, so it really isn't the place to talk about Halo 3 in the first place. Also, if you look what I gave PS3 games, then you'd take back your inaccurate comment. What did I give Resistance....a 9. What did I give Uncharted....a 9. What did I give Ninja Gaiden Sigma....a 9. What did I give Ratchet & Clank: ToD....a 9. What did I give Heavenly Sword....an 8.5. I rented it today...since i decided to rent before buying, since what happened with AC. I agree on some parts. COD4 is much better. I like something about it...but its just not one of those to die for games like a MGS4 or what were hoping KZ2 to be. The graphics are beautiful when you see it from far away such as the one map with the earth and sun and planets all in space....Graphically it looks beautiful.

When you actually see thestuff that are more up close, it seem like its suffering from something. You could tell they really tried though, but just lacked keeping the appearance of it stable.

Nice game in some aspects....not a title for me to buy though. I was looking forwardto this game. Im skeptical of the Orange Box as well. Another rental.

Ubnreal tournament 3 does suck. Yes the enviroments look really nice, but the character models up close look too small and they aren't that good looking. COD4 beats UTIII in character model design. Otherthan that it is NOT worth $60; the story-line is trash, multiplayer is kind of good but the controls such as, turning a vehicle sucks and can be a bit annoying. The profile we are given is too dumb; why do we have number ranks? That is stupid! Take those number ranks out if you aren't going to place a rank name by it. COD4 beats Unreal in terms of profile building. But, yes UT3 beats COD4 in terms of graphics, but graphics isn't everything. Pretty game, but dumb execution. Epic should've delayed this trash they call a game. KraftForgotten

Color is more vibrant here.. whish is the problem with UT3, they used too much bloom and made the game looked washed out. On my system I had to raise the environment quality and manually disable field of focus and boom to get a decent environment... Donno if such option exist for PS3 though.

Also if there were legit reasons to bash, we wouldn't have places like system wars. And if you look closely I didn't even talk about the x360 let alone hating on it as well as Halo 3. I am still amused by the fact that the "BEst gam3 eVERRR" isn't even HD and quite simply lacks the otherwise unmatched SP of games like Bioshock, Orange Box and MP of games like COD 4 and UT 3. Back to UT, then?
