When ever I try to Join UT3 server it says "Package Core is not downloadable". What is this? Why cant i join any games?

i saw this the other day its becuase its a UK server and they dont mix, however i heard there is a patch in the works for this but no timeline.

You have a American version of the game and you are trying to enter a Eu server or vice versa!

They are working on a patch but there is no rel. date for it!
