there is no cross platform play not all mods will work on ps3 (depends on the specs for the mod) and you can't build mods without owning the pc version also the ps3 version gameplay speed is 20% slower then the pc. if you have a pc you can try a demo of the current game i got it running and im still using the almost ancient ati 9800. if you can't run that then get the demo for one of the older one the only thing thats changed since then are the graphics and thats about it.

here's why i don't get into this "unreal tournamenet hype" anymore

the actionfull gameplay was awesome in 2003, in some small maps, small arenas, where the true meaning of tournament was taking place ... now that took the SAME guns, almost the same gameplay, and placed it in some BIG maps and a load of wierd vehicules, but they weren't able to bring the fun with it

also ... try out the demo, personnaly i just CAN'T stand the graphics, it's too much brown, too much gray, too many boring colors
i absolutly displike the art s t y l e and i can't stand playing such game ...
