UPC barcode help.

I need help with the UPC bar code, I dont know which one is the UPC barcode. There is a barcode on the box itself, and htere is a sticker right beside it with like 3 skinny barcodes, the first 2 which say UC2 with a line sperating the third one which says serial # for registration above it. But beside those there is a bigger barcode that says POS Bar code above it and it is actually printed on the box itself.

I need to know because im feeling out the form for 2 free blu ray movies and a free remote, if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
