Guys, you do know that Microsoft patented the feature for in-game custom track? So if Sony wanted to use that feature then they would have to pay Microsoft. The other way around it is if the developers themselves implemented the feature into their game. So I wouldn't count on listening to music while gaming with the current library of games unless the developers releases a patch or Sony pay Microsoft royalty. LuckyLy
Well there is a loop hole for everything. I was able to do it on Ps1 games.

I'm pretty sure Sony is working on a loop-hole which is the most likely cause for the delay of in-game XMB. We'll just have to wait and see how it will turns out.
