Update 3.15 Maybe not the greatest

So i downloaded this update last night. Then i started my PS3 today, and now it starts and says the PS3 and makes the fancy intro sound. After that though it doesnt show the XMB and just shows the back screen.So im just looking at the waves and sparkles lol. Anybody have any ideas on what i should do?

It wont even let me pick that. Just the Intro saying PS3 and the music. Then it just shows the waves and sparkles. I have turned it on like 4 or 5 times and same thing everytime.
