Updating my PS3 games...

Is there a point to it? It takes forever and I was wondering if there is any actual use in doing it. I've got too many games to do it for each and every one.

Well it isn't too bad if only update as you play them, of course some do seem to take forever.

Why wouldn't you want to fix bugs and glitches?

So it fixes problems with the games? I won't mind it now, I just wasn't sure if it had any use though.

Little big planet is the worst in this - must be like 30 updates to date. Seems like every time i pop it in i need to update and most of them i dont even notice a difference. Some have made a huge difference though - i remember first getting it online was unplayable.
