upgrade hdd

i am planing to upgrade my 40gb hdd soon.
what i want is not to back up my files and saves, just wanted to start fresh.

do i lose my psn acc???
i've played gta4, mgo, b:bc and call of duty modern all of them on online, do you think all of the ranked and achivement etc will be lost??
