got really bored, really quickly wit UT3, a waste of money imo. there is barely anything there. its just way to bare bones.americahellyeah

Other than the leveling up system, I would say it has just as much content as CoD4, and it also has mod support which has done really well. You are apparently a CoD4 fan, which is fine, but CoD4 and UT3 are very different playstyles. Some people enjoy a fast paced game rather than a slow-paced one with the chance of new upgrades the more you play. I am probably one of the few, but I see the CoD4 system as rather gimmicky, but fun, nonetheless (by gimmick, I mean, how many people are "addicted" to the game because they think one more play will get them that new carbine, instead of actually enjoying each match).

I enjoy UT3 more, but understand that CoD4 plays to a larger crowd, being less twitch based.

As for how many copies have sold, I'm not really sure. :?

big talk, mod support is pathetic, a hell of alot more trouble than they said it would be. plus half the mods and maps are under par anyway. + the weapons are unbalanced as are the physics, they made a nice looking game and thats it. the last twitch shooter i liked was RFOM, this is just poor. plus online is super laggy for those of us who don't have a freakin huge connection.

well i play COD just for fun basically, sure i spent 28 hours getting all my weapons leveled up only the go into to prestige and do the whole thing again, but at least it has a proper online structure. every game with online play as the main focus just seems very bare bones compared to cod now.
