UT3 story

Unreal Touranment looks awesome but i was wuderin what the story line is?

lol if u are looking for a good story be ready to be disappointed, UT always been bout multiplayer.

the story always resolve around the war with some alien nation, and the Unreal tournament is a big tournamnet that tries to recreate the conflict and broadcast it to entertain people ( at least that s how UT 2004 was). UT3 might be different but i doubt it.

I think, and please don't quote me on this, that the storyline goes like this:

UT1: penal system (family guy has ruined that phrase for me :roll:) overloads and the whole of civilisation is more blood thirsty than ever. smart people at some corporation get a bright idea to solve both problems, they take the prisoners and put them in gladiator style combat with mega weapons and stuff.

UT2: The tournament begins to collapse, so bigger and better guns, tanks planes ....everything gets included. (Y) for more excitement. i think then the gladiators rebel or something (its more than likely anyway) and the corporation gets shut down, again (Y)

UT3: the corporation (i really can't 'member the name) really pisses off the some aliens somehow, they attack, and some bright but unoriginal thinkin means they throw the gladiators at them. Shmexy fun time :D

i think this is probs all wrong. but it's a good story anyway
