Valkyria Chronicles! Is It The Second Best Third Party Exclusive PS3 Game???

I think so, right next to Metal Gear Solid 4.

I'm not a Metal Gear Solid fan, but Valkyria Chronicles is a great game.

I think it will be the same as VC1, but with some school aspects, in fact VC2 was the biggest reason to justify owning a PSPgo... for me at least

I'd say so, its an amazing game that I was completely blown away by last year. Its an incredible experience with great characters and a good story to boot.

I have not even gotten it yet... but I want to.

I completely agree that MGS4 and Valkyria chronicles are two the best third-party games on the PS3

Assuming it's even released on the PSN Store. Should have gotten a PSP 3000. But yes, VC is a wonderful game. It's one of my favorites on the PS3.

it's just all taste, IMO the best 3rd party Ps3 exclusive is Disgaea 3 and the second best Katamari Forever. I'd even say VC > MGS4 while both disappointed me :S

The picturesque graphics, characters that stand out and make the player care for them, despite their flaws, and an awesome story that pulls at the emotions. Without the characters and story being so good, I don't think it would be so popular as the gameplay itself isn't that great.

But i agreed with whiskers, DS is awesome too.

Second best exclusive PS3 game is Uncharted.

I personally love all of them (MGS4, VC, DS, Uncharted 1 and 2, and so on.)

... but VC has Selvaria Bles :P

VC is probably one of the greatest games on PS3 period....not just third party exclusives

I have it there and I haven't played it too much. So it's pretty low on my list. :)

I'll get to it eventually.

Like many of you said, as great a game MGS4 was I preferred VC over it. Talk about a fantastic game this game is truly underappreicated.
