TBH I really like the main character but on the whole I wasn't impressed with the demo and from my understanding the game ends abruptly which also puts me off. But if there is a sequel I will most likely purchase it.

No! Swift Boss! I thought we were so bros! :P I really enjoyed this game and wish there was more like it. It has the most responsive controls in any shooter, in my opinion. Moving around that fast in a shooter feels so new and fresh. It feels like Bayonetta and a shooter mixed together. Yes, I know it was the same team. :P The story is laughably dumb, but playing it made that not even matter.

Well if it feels like Bayo that puts me off even more because I really didn't like the gameplay in Bayonetta, too much emphasis on aerial gameplay and those demon summoning attacks. But Platinum's next game looks mighty good which is Anarchy Reigns. It would be awesome if Sam Gideon is playable in that :D

I wasn't very sold on the game until I completed the demo... My first play I wasn't into it and stopped playing a little way in, but in a moment of boredom I got the demo again, finished it, and went out to hunt down a copy.

Mine cost me $15, and it's every penny worth it. Generally I don't care for stuff like "Vanquish", but this game truly is something special.
Looks as ifour fate is sealed. Vanquish for $5.00 is not going to happen. But We are already not friends. So there is nothing to do. Sigh....... Not only will I miss Vanquish for $5.00 but I lost a friend, That I never made in the first place. Tough life Sigh..............
Best shooter this gen, one of the reasons is because it didnt spend half their time , effort, and budget on have a mediocre multiplayer, which also leads to a mediocre single player, like every other shooter does.
Despite being a very short game, Vanquish is an outstanding third-person shooter with stunning visuals, presentation and non-stop action. Everyone should experience Vanquish! :)
