I only have enough money to get one because I plan on getting The Warriors and Ghost Rider along with it. So which is better overall? I wont be getting the other one, just to try it out.

Seriously Vice City Stories is better, has better graphics, storyline and gameplay also the music is better.
it's close. vcs has a major problem with pop ups and after a while it ruins the experience. lcs hardly ever pops up and i think the graphics are about equal, vcs is better looking but lcs graphics takes shorter to load. personally i would go with vcs ( i have both ) oh and the missions on vcs are better
I prefer VCS i actually just beat it onPSPa little less than a month ago and it is great. I like the new ability to take over businesses and start your own that no GTA game has hadbefore and i like the story alot as well. I have LCS for PS2 and its not that great so i doubt the PSP version would be much different.
I like LCS too, and also got bored with VCS. It seems like VCS is more buggy like cars lose control much easier. I don't remember losing control like that on LCS.
VCS is alot better, the story in LCS is plain stupid and connects to GTA3. you end up working for the people hate and kill in GTA3. in VCS you start off fresh with a character you never killed in previous games
