vice city is better beacause it have more cars,more missions,and more features.you ride helicoppers and ride boats.and you can even make your own empires.
I agree with the majority here, i really liked the vicecity layout, it was well designed and had more interaction with the enviroment, as well as more varied missions and vechicles......

Yeah I agree, you can do alot more things like swim on VCS, but LCS is bigger and has more exploring oppertunities.
Liberty City. I just couldn't get into VCS and couldn't even finish it despite being so hyped up for it previously.On the other end of the spectrum,I played through LCS thrice.

The problem with LCS is that it's bland and samey, not really offering anything new on the GTA formula and worse, having a fairly boring cast of characters and storyline. Vice City Stories is the much superior game in terms of writing. Gameplay-wise VCS is more varied and challenging, having some fairly creative and amusing missions. I found LCS also had some stability issues and in general didn't run very well. VCS is a stark improvement over LCS in every way.
Although Liberty City is bigger than Vice City , VCS is much better than LCS. It has a bigger variety in vehicles (helicopters,planes etc) , you have the ability to swim , built an empire and even take some members of your gang in order to protect you. All these options make VCS superior not only to LCS , but also to most psp games...
