I've got a disc stuck in my PS3, and I've tried everything besides actually opening up the case to get the disc out. I'm thinking about using a video game repair service, (www.videogame911.com), have any of you had experience with video game repair services? Do you have one that you could recommend?

I repair All models of Video Game consoles. www.psr1.com is the best. If you open the Blu-Ray drive, be very careful. Realigning the gears can be tricky until you understand the mechanics of them. If you need help, let me know.
