Even though I've had my ps3 for 6 months I just now realized you can buy/rent movies online. However, I can't find anywhere where it says how long you get to keep the rentals for. Please help.

I think the rentals stay on your HD for 14 days, but once you watch the movie for the first time, it will automatcially delete itself after 24 hours. Hope that helps.

Right, but you dont even have to watch the movie, if you click on it by mistake or check the download process by watching part of the movie while in download counts and a view and will be deleted. best bet, if you are going to spend money, drop the extra 5 bucks so you can buy and download the movie so you always have it

I wonder if we'll ever see HD downloads that aren't rentals. I realize they take up big space, but some of us have hard drives to support them :?

I also wish they had HD movies for sale. All the HD movies I've seen so far are for rental only but I guess they want you to go out and buy blu-ray discs lol.
