It looks horrible to me :P

1. Uncharted 2- Simply put, the benchmark for console graphics, animation, voice work, musical score, and narration.

2. Metal Gear Solid 4- Hideo Kojima's magnum opus. The first game to really flaunt the power of the PS3.

3. God of War 3- Spectacular attention to detail, Kratos especially. Magnificant sense of scale.

4. Wipeout HD- The ONLY true 1080p 60 FPS game on the PS3. Learn to love it people. The Fury add-on is a MUST have for this game.

5. Killzone 2- This graphics and sound in this game were so immersive at high volumes that slugging through the campaign on Hard was stressful.

Honorable Mention:

Batman: Arkham Asylum (Art style)

God of War 3- Its Kratos period :D

Killzone 2- Best graphics on an fps for now (yet to get crysis)

Demon Souls- The places always seem to give me a dark chill

Oblivion- All the weapons are so detailed

But nobody has mentioned Heavenly Sword. It was my first ps3 game, and i still think its "visually stunning."

Artistically Valkyria Chronicles is a gorgeous game. On the technical side of things, Uncharted 2 and Heavy Rain looked the best to me.

Though I didn't enjoy it, KZ2. Also worth mentioning, Uncharted 2 and God of War 3.

All PS3 exclusives will mostly be amazing both from a graphical and gameplay point of view (imho).

Anyway for the graphics I can only say for the games i played so:

Why would you get flamed? LAIR looked damn good. I know I'm one of the few who enjoyed the game, but nobody can really dispute that it looked great.

Uncharted 2, of course, deserves mention as most agree it's either the best looking, or one of the very best. I personally think it looks the best.
