voice chat for upcoming titles

Hey I just had a question about 2 releases this fall that im very excited about, borderlands and MW2. Both of these games I had planned to buy on the ps3, but this weekend while playing MW1 and Warhawk I realized how frusterating and terrible the voice chat has been for all of the games I have bough for ps3. It seems like every ps3 online game I buy no one talks online and even if people try the quality is just terrible. When me and my friends play World at War we have laptops with skype besides us.

Anyone know if the the developers have addressed this? I feel that It might just be worth it to get them for PC if the voice chat is terrible.

lol....agreed...some people shouldn't have mics . I get what you are saying though TC but sometimes and I do mean "SOMETIMES" talking to some people online is a little overrated.Especially when they are rude or just plain stupid!!!

In FPSes there's really no need to talk unless it's with friends. When's the last time when anybody honestly said anything helpful or useful at all? Nobody strategizes online at all unless it's a clan or a couple friends. That's one of the reasons I'm worried about MAG. Sure people want to strategize, but nobody ever works together. Everybody is shouting orders and nobody is following commands. I haven't played the MAG beta, but I'm hoping Zipper's battle commander (or whatever it is) can point out very easy to follow tasks or else people will just run off and kill people by themselves.
