in the past 2 days ive seen about 3 topics saying that the PS3 has WAY TOO MANY FPSs and one of them got no less than 50 posts (all saying YES) so people wont be too happy with this one.
didnt know MGS4 is an FPS..if it is excuse me, never played an MGS

But i never heard that fuel of was cancelled thats messed up.
well i do agree that we have too many fps games thats why i built my hopes up on monster hunter 3 but it looks like that aint happening anymore either.
by the way you all do know that fps are the best selling and addictive games of this generation right?
about 70% of people like fps games to any other and thats why so many company's have decided to create them!

Yeah, and you can also play Oblivion in FP mode and just use a bow, so I guess it's a FPS too, right? MGS4 will be great, but out of the games on that list that actually ARE first person shooters, I'll go with Resistance 2.

Call of Duty is, Resistance, Halo, Counter-Strike - those kind of game are called FPS. You can't call MGS 4 an FPS only because there is an option to have first person view.
MGS-4 is a Third Person stealth espionage shooter, just like it's predecessors who also had an option to go into first person mode when aiming with the weapon.
Out of your choices I'd go with Killzone 2 and Resistance 2: United We Fall :)

sorry for all the mistakes i dont live off games i just look up a kouple times a month and get really happy lol.

I did not say it was an fps game. if you read my sekond to last post i said it kan be played as an fps and thats why i added it to the list.
you annot say a game is not an fps if you an play online and offline in fps mode!
