Now im starting to worry that my PS3 DOESNT WORK cuz yesterday it was getting stuck at 4% but every one was saying that it would be fine the next day. But damn man it still getting stuck at 4% and im worried so can someone FOR THE LOVE OF GOD tell me what to do. Yesterday they told me to wait for today and i did and it still doesnt work. Sorry, cant help ya. Every single update has worked fine for me! Have you tried clearing out all the cookies and crap on your PS3 internet? I heard that will help.
i went to tools and deleted the chache and cookies but it feels like im not deleting anything because when i go back to just see it, it still says "Delete Chace" and "Delete Cookies" is it still suppose to be there even after i said to delete it or am i missing something?

Again, I have never had this problem with updates and I dont use my PS3 for internet surfing. I really wish I could help but Im simply stating what I have heard on other boards. Good Luck!

Its not your PS3, its the PSN. TOo many people downloading it at one time.
Here, sorry nobody here knows how to answer your question properly. Go to this link and it will explain how to download the update to a USB memory stick and then install it on your PS3. This is assuming you have a USB memory stick or other media devices.
