That 1.6 allowing background pictures is just speculation, but I'm willing to bet we will get changeable backgrounds. Background Downloads mean. When you download Demos/Trailers etc. you can put it away so you can goto XMB Play games/Internet and such. It doesnt mean Download Background pictures...

Yea, the guy is right. But you can't use just any ol' picture can ya? It has to be the right res, and file type, and all that good stuff right?
