I purchased NCAA football 09 a few weeks back when it was released. It has been opened but i am curious to know there return policy for video games. It is possible for me to bring it back and get the xbox 360 version? I kno it sounds bad but ive heard of some stories like this happening at wal-mart.

lol the only place that we let you return a video game that has been opened is Costco. they don't even exchange unless its the exact same game for the same system

I don't think any retailer will exchange games that are opened for another game on a different system. Your best bet is sell or trade it at a game store and take the loss for a used game. The thing is sports games drop in value very fast because the next game of the series is released in just a few months unlike other games that may have over three years between releases.
