I'd get the retail version. It's $20 more, but you get a blu-tooth headset, an instruction manual (nothing is really explained well in the game), and you won't use up a big block of your hard-drive.

The extra $20 is prolly worth it for the head-set alone... I use it more with my cell-phone when I'm driving then I do with my PS3. :P

I don't know exactly how much space it takes up but I wouldn't worry about it, you have more then enough space. the only disadvantage of downloading is that you don't get a manual or a headset.

The $60 version with the headset was a limited realease and has been replaced with a $39.99 version without the headset. Some headset combos may be sitting on shelves still, but not likely.

I'd say get the retail version, too. You can find it for the same price in many places and it's just more convenient.

That being said I'm pretty sure the download is only like 800 mb...

its like 800mb, it dont matter if you buy it on PSN or the store, you will have to install it to the hard drive still. With PSN version its $20 cheaper, no blue tooth headset, with store version its $20 more and you get a blue tooth headset plus a case and disk. Another disadvantage with the store copy is that you have to have the disk in to play, so If i were you I would get the PSN version, no actually if I were you I would not buy the game because it is really not that good, I thought it would be awesome but when I got it I played it for about 10 mins and realized it was not very good at all, the shooting sucks, the gameplay feels very ackward and the flying is fun for about 10 mins. It feels just like what it is, a game that was at first gonna be an action flying game and then got delayed for a year to make it a third person online shooter. You sould definitely try to play it first before you buy it.

If you have more than one PSN account, or might have a friend/relative that wants to play, get the disc version. Otherwise, they will have to play on your account, witch will screw your stats.
