Not bad, except it keeps freezing up on me. Ground combat is pretty standard. I honestly haven't been able to play enough to get used to the air combat, but other people seemed to have grasped it.
How is the game. Is it AAA and is it really fun?! How are the graphics and ground combat?

Sorry Cant tell much otherwise could get kicked off! But what I can tell is its reallllly fun!! Once you get the hold of it which could take a while I came 1st and 3rd in 6 matches I played!Its Awesome! But due to beta It freezes a lot! Thats all I can tell! But you would hear the offcial word from sony soon.
Great game. I think its time for me to sell Resistance when Warhawk comes out. Too bad the freezing is so bad. I must have shut my ps3 off then on again about 15 times.....
It didn't freeze on me at all, but I didn't play it for too long. Seems pretty fun, definitely a lot like battlefield, but the 3rd person is a refreshing change. The Aircrafts are really pretty cool! I haven't gotten used to them either, but it seems like something that won't be too hard to handle. Seems pretty fun so far. I'll probably be palying it a bunch this weekend.
I think it's really great so far. I suck at it, but it's fun as hell. The flying is really good. I have done mostly without the motion controls. They are good but much harder and a steeper learning curve. The graphics are really nice. Best water ever. Really. Until Lair comes out that is. It runs smooth as glass and no lag online that I can detect. Each aspect of the game (flying, running, ground vehicles, turrets) works really well and is fun in it's own way. Flying a ship at full speed and then throwing it into hover mode to kill a guy on the ground, only to be taken out by a rocket launcher, is a lot of fun. The sound is really really good too. The maps are BIG and hearing the far off battles is very very cool. I am hoping since this is multi only that it comes with a small price tag. I won't be paying $60 for this with no single player. And how about a nice map editor? :)
All around, I'd give this game in it's beta form a SOLID 8. I think this game can easily get to the 9+ range by release time.

I dont think we will have to pay $60, gamestop/ebgames has it listed at $40 ob bluray disc, which is coming with a free headset so. That could change though. I expect a September release.
