How do i create a map with a jet pack in Warhawk.

I played in archepalego/island warfare and got one and then i created a match so me and my bro could play with the same settings but i can't the jet pack

choose a map make sure you see "***" at the end of it, like for example " Installation***"or whatever the maps called, the 3 asterisk means 3rd expansion
