Warhawk review scores bigtime!

Looks likea great game. shame there is no singleplayer though. Although the singleplayer in battlefield sucks so maybe thats a good thing. Great score,. might consider getting this one!

ill be getting it even if it scores really low on gamespot....i mean look at shadowrun ...that game was a really fun multplayer only game and it scored 6.9 on gamespot cause it didnt have single player

thats a good point, although im sure gamespot didnt score that badly because of the lack of singleplayer, look at battlefield 2, no singleplayer but gamespot gave it a great reviewrealsubby

that doesn't really matter, it depends on who reviews the game. one game can get a score deduction for one thing, but another game has the same thing in it but the reviewer i guess decides he doesn't care and leaves the score as is.

In a free gaming magazine i got in my local EB called Gamereactor (it's Danish) it got a 7.

Mostly because ground combat wasn't especially exciting and you needed a lot of players to make it fun, but that is not really saying much, considering the fact that virtually no people own it right now..

The difference between warhawk and shadowrun is warhawk is half the price, warhawk is £20 and shadowrun was £40 i rented shadow run its was allot of fun but im thinking(i have not played it) will be allot better, it seems to have more depth as shadowrun is a on foot shooter only but with some nice powers.

But id rather play warhwak (i cant wait bioshock next friday then warhawk a few days later, gaming best fall ever starts next week for me) with its flight combat,vehicle combat and foot combat, all im hoping for is some more team based game modes through psn over time.

yea shadowrun definitely wasn't worth the money, and I'm sorry i bought it. it was fun, but lacked extremely in content. I just figured I'd play it for a couple weeks and trade it back in and get $25-30 back, so it was actually a cheaper buy. and the game pissed me off some. getting slashed with the sword from behind every minute it seemed, even if i just checked my back....stupid teleport.

But warhawk seems like it has more in it, weapons and maps, more players. I really hope gamesites doesn't give warhawk a lower score than shadowrun, IMO it doesn't deserve it even if i haven't played it yet.

Reviews seem ok to me, some i wouldnt agree with but a lot i do

Hardly ridiculous scores. Remember everyone is entitled to an epinion, just cause it doesnt agree with yours doesnt make it wrong. Reviews are only meant as a guideline not as an order to purchase or not purchase. There are reviews on the site which also dont agree with but the reviews explain why they feel those scores were given. If you dont agree, then good. Ive seen some terrible scores come out of Gamespot also :)

Anyways, back to the game,cant wait for it :P
