Warning: Prince of Persia Classic NOT 1080p as stated on PSN Store!

I want my money back...

I saw Prince of Persia up for sale at the PSN Store, and when I read the description detailing full 1080p hi-def graphics, I instantly bought the game.

But to my surprise the game does NOT support 1080p mode, not even forced, not even 1080i!

I paid for the game because of the 1080p graphics they clearly boasted as the main selling point at the description!

So if you are looking for the 1080p visuals, beware. Do not buy it!

I sent an email to Sony asking for a full refund, still waiting for the reply...

I have been searching all night for any kind of patch news or apologies by Ubisoft on the misleading info. Nothing. Guess they obviously do not care... If they don't fix this or give me a refund I am never paying for any Ubisoft game again. I might PLAY a game, might GET a Ubisoft game, but not pay for it. This is the second time they disappoint me. First was the special edition over-expensive Splinter Cell Chaos Theory with the Straforce crap. Had to uninstall it shortly after I got it, and never played it.

Turns out Sony are making complete ASSH*LES of themselves now.
AFTER I contacted Ubisoft, theclay acknowledged Prince of Persia ****c was under false advertising from Sony, and asked the people in charge of PSN store to correct the misleading boast about 1080p.

First of all Sony took their sweet time and waited several days until the next full PSN Store update (next thursday) to update the info, probably fooling more people who simply wanted to buy a 1080p game.
Now, what PISSED ME OFF, was the last reply I got from one of Sony's so-called customer service representatives:

"Hello Philip,

We apologize for any inconvenience.

On the Playstation(R)Store, there is no indication whether the game is 1080P or not.
It does define that it is an enhanced HD version.

A third-party company publishes Prince of Persia ****c. If you have questions or would like to
provide feedback regarding this software title, you would need to contact UBISoft. Listed below is
their contact information:

What is this DON K (Don King?) thinking? That I am a retard like the people around him? ARGH for god sake! OF COURSE there's no info about 1080p, it was taken off because I CONTACTED UBISOFT in the first place!!!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I just emailed Sony YET AGAIN (the fourth email about this). I hope it reaches someone with above-average IQ and a conscience.

He's definitely not trolling he's got a screenshot, and i remember seeing it myself. It is false advertisment at the end of the day and should offer refunds. Its like a shop selling a pc, and saying vistas on it, and when you get home its actually xp. You have every right to return it.
