zombies at you torward the end of the game? One of the things I really liked about Uncharted was the fact that it was completely believable. There really are treasure hunters out there, and looking for Sir Francis Drake's lost city of gold would be a prime target. Sure, the excessive amount of gun-wielding goons is a bit of a stretch.. but overall, this is something that could potentially happen in real life. Then, surprise! Walking dead. They move really fast. They'll kill you. It was a nice twist and change of pace in the gameplay.. but really? Zombies? I mean come on. Does anyone else feel this way?

It was alright. Once it started to get creepy, I actually wanted to see these things. I kinda figured they'd be either zombies, demons etc. It was a little predictable for me, but I was alright with it. It's still an awesome game.

Yes. Very.

It threw me off of the normal enemies, which is why many critics praised this move. The reason I hate it is the same as yours, and they're annoying. And creepy.

I liked it. The game was getting slightly repetative so when they introduced the new enemies it changed the game up perfectly!

Didnt annoy me, but then again it gave a easy way to build up trophies and stuff..

Also gun wielding enemies were getting old-ish

i though the zombies were good. It made the game scary for me at least because i never knew when they were going to pop out and kill me, plus when i came up to regular enemies all i had to do was sit back and wait for the zombies to kill them then just pick em off when they were done

I really liked them. It was a complete surprise, and changed the way I played the game. It was creepy, so I took my time moving from room to room, rather than running through and blasting everything.

I loved how they scared me in the nazi corridors. I crept around jumping at the slightest growl.

It was unexpected.. while i preferred the human opponents it tied in with the story and made sense. It also made the game more challenging as you had to keep moving instead of taking cover and shooting like you would do with the enemies earlier on.

It was a good change of pace, but storywise it wasnt implemented too well. Even though there were plenty of hints suggesting that the island is supposedly occupied by zombies throughout the game, I kinda felt that the introduction of the zombies ruined the story as I prefered the story to be semi-realistic like the first half of the game was. Still, I trust ND with Uncharted 2, with or without another supernatural plot twist.

i thought it was great. you were after all, hunting for cursed treasure and its not asif they just through it in there without warning. There were multiple hints throughout the plot and when it came i loved it.

I don't know if I'd call them zombies, but yeah, it was kind of weird that they were put into the game. Fortunately, they were only in the game for a short time. It makes me wonder what kind of monsters they're going to have in Uncharted 2.

I preferred the twist over how the plot was going. Those that say it was ruined are just upset because the game didn't follow 100% of that "Rinse. Wash. Repeat. Kill the bad guy, save the day." Seriously guys, what did you want to happen near the end? No plot twist at all? Repetitive until the end? I know it's a sort of shooter, but come on! Let Naughty Dog shake a few things up alright?

I kinda see why they did it, but i agree it sorta ruined the game. All the time just a normal game, then bam, Zombie alien things out of nowhere.

I wouldn't go so far to say that the creatures ruined the game, though. They're only in the game briefly.

I think it semi-ruined the setting for me... The entire game was believable like it was something that could happen and that was awesome... And then Zombies jump out at you...

Plus on crushing they own you in like 2 hits.

I found it to be a welcome change and really enjoyed the last few chapters as lot more for it. I really got scared in the chapter where you had to turn on the generators and those freaky things came out from all over, a great change of pace indeed.

I felt ok about the twist. Maybe I'd have preffered it without zombies but I can't tell

You always hear stories about cursed treasure and such.. i knew some sort of monsters/demons/zombies were coming long before i got to the part (seems like common sense if you watch movies/play games/read books) .. it didn't ruin the story, it added to it. it's a video game, stop criticizing it and enjoy it.. and if you can't enjoy a game that has solid gameplay because you wanted a video game to have a "believable" story then i feel sorry for you..

I really liked that they threw something unrealistic at you at the end. With the rest of the game being more believable, it increased the emotional impact of it.

Zombies being in Uncharted is actually why I own a PS3. I made a bet saying "there's no way there's zombies in Uncharted" then there were. And I had to buy a PS3.

No, I loved it. Gave the game even more of that sort of Indiana Jones feeling.
