wats with th BD utility folder

i mean, wat is it for, can i download blu-ray movies, or wat? wat is it?

At first I had a theory that maybe your "H" key was broken, but you clearly spelled "with" and "th" so that debunks that theory.

Unfortunately, the extreme series of "wats" has deterred me from answering the question, although I don't know the answer anyways.

I am sorry for my appalling computer spelling, the title is supposed to be with and the, and as for the "wats", im just used to typing what without an H, this is mostly due to using AIM a lot, but could you please help me out?
