Anyone or employee somewhere know a way?

I have a 60gb and I'm happy with it. However I also have Linux installed on it. A 80gb with MOtorstorm would be perfect for me.

I do have a warranty.

oh, i'm sure there will be offers online by tomorrow morning.

you just have to get some referrals, and complete a trial or two... and then cross your fingers it wasn't a scam.

Actually I meant along the lines of trading in my PS3 to get the larger HDD one somehow. With less money as possible.

well i think it was a dumb move on sonys part 20 gb extra is not alot for 100$ more and just motorstorm if you have a 60gb and motorstorm all ready i would return it when the price cut is there and get 100$ back use that 100$ to buy a 80$ 120gb hardrive then you end up paying less

At this point you waited this long, might as well bring it back and wait 3 more weeks and buy it then for less. You could get an extra controller and a game for the $100 savings.

Why??

Just buy a new 2.5" SATA HDD and replace your HDD ....
Spending $600 JUST to get Motorstorm and 20gb more HDD space is foolish and a waste of money ....

If you bought it from a reputable store they will price match it to the new price for you. No big.

They only real way you could have done that is if you bought you system from best buy and go a replacement plan. When you buy something at best buy and it breaks if you have a replacement plan they give you sotre credit for the original amount.
