Welcome Back Gift Problems

My brother's downloaded the inFamous game, and the PS+, but it won't allow him to choose a second game. Where the 5 games usually are, there is just blank boxes. The only thing remaining is the PS+. Any ideas what he's done wrong, and if there's a way to fix it?

Just go into the regular store and try download there. Keep trying it will eventually work. I was able to get all of my free games. This happen to me. I keep trying. I "lost" my SuperStarDust HD for awhile. Or it forgot to install it.

Since many people were downloading at the same time. It appeared I 'lost" one of my downloads I did not. keep trying.
