What am I missing?

In GTA IV for the multiplayer, I can have every other female character skin except for a white one. I'm pretty sure I've gotten every update and what not that I needed, but still I do not have that skin. Why!?!? It's driving me nuts! Do I need to be a certain rank or something?

Holy cow! The second head isn't speaking in spanish anymore! Wtf? Was there a glitch maybe? I had one pale one that was speaking black before. Lol.wafflesareyummy
