what and where are hotspots? for psp

is it wireless internet that doesent have security. (you dont have to input the code on the psp security setting screen)

Yes thats what a Hotspot is. Places like Starbucks, Airports, and even McDonalds usually have them.

Your home if you have wireless router..Hollywood beach,fl is also a hotspot there are several other city that are hotspot also

There are also PSP Hot Spots in some game stores where you can download free content.
