suffer from the lack of extra buttons?

I found Resident Evil and Silent Hill to be playable, along with the Castlevania games. But what about the new Nuclear Strike? I loved the Strike games, any others play well without the L2/R2 buttons? Tomb Raider?

Thanks,

BDN

While it uses all the buttons, Metal Gear Solid is highly playable because you rarely need to equip/unequip items and weapons with any frequency. Just make sure you choose Type 2 controller mode so the shoulder buttons are L2/R2 and it should play pretty well. Never played Nuclear Strike- maybe you can find out the control scheme on Gamefaqs.

Medievil and Wipeout are perfectly fine control wise.

Anyone know if Spyros 1-3 and Crash Bandicoots 1-3 are also fine control wise? From what I remember Spyro 1 only used The L2 and R2 buttons for rolling which isn't used often if at all.

I've played Crash 1, and I recall it being perfectly fine.

The MoH games are amazingly good still, with only a few button re-assigns. I can post my control scheme if you want it. I took a lot of time perfecting it, but he game works extremely well. "Syphon Filter" has great controls right off the bat, as does "Twisted Metal 2" and "Ten Pin Alley Bowling" (yes, I bought it. GREAT physics model).

The Spyro games work fine, but you will have to change L1 and R1 to L2 and R2 when you play some of the mini games on spyro 2 and 3.

I thought Gran Turismo wasn't on the PSN.

Is it as simple as doing it from the options menu? Because you need to do the mini games to complete the game.

Yeah- if you hit the home button (which pauses the game), you can change the controller settings in there. And to answer your previous post, no, GT is not on PSN. In fact, the only game from his list that is is FF7. Seems more like a wishlist to me.
