Referring to extra content and video/audio quality, what are the best movies to purchase in Blu-Ray, instead of DVD?

I actually only have two, The Dark Night is spectacular, quite a few extras. And Black Hawk Down which was on sale at Target for $14. Black Hawk Down doesn't have much in the way of extras, but still awesome in HD. If BRD were a little cheaper I'd have an easier time justifying their purchase.

Monty Python's The Life of Brian (if you're a fan, the full script read through with the Pythons is worth the $ alone)

Dark City - Director's Cut

Blade Runner - Final Cut

The Nightmare Before Christmas

The Dark Knight is an awesome movie, but if you want to exploit your TV fully, you should get WALL-E:). An awesome movie, both picture and sound.

Haven't seen any but I suspect The Dark Knight would be great. I'm not willing to pay $30 for a movie I'll only watch once or twice though.

Blade Runner is my favorite Blu-Ray. It has 5 discs and all 4 official versions and Ridley Scott's Final Cut. Dark Knight is also awesome, and the Pirate movies look great. I want to get Planet Earth, and Wall E.
