The quality of the games themselves is very good, i think of it as a holding a Playstation 1.5 , furthermore I tend to use mine as MP3 player alot, theres the two main reasons I like my PSP.
Ahm Homebrew is games made by yourself or other. The most noted PSP Firmware for homebrew is 1.50. If you want to know more look it up on google or youtube for videos of how to do it. However Im not losing my gamespot account going anymore in to it.
it's portable, has good graphics, u can listen 2 music and watch movies and the games r cheaper than reg console games. Those r some pretty good reasons.
But I want to add one big con... the screen doesn't have the same fantastic backlighting as the DS Lite, so any type of sun will give you a painful glare. I almost exclusively use mine at home, because it just doesn't work very well outside.
