What are your game recommendations?

My new PS3 is being shipped to me as I type. Exciting, I know! Accompaning my new PS3 are Darksiders and Resistance 2. I want to know what games everyone would reccomend for me to get now or within the near future.

Racing (not too big into racing games, but just in case)

Games my Wife will like to play so I can justify purchasing my PS3

Fighting Game: Blazblue: Calamity Trigger, Tekken 6, or Super Street Fighter 4 (coming out soon)

FPS: Resistance: Fall of Man, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Modern Warfare 2, Borderlands, etc.

Adventure: Uncharted Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
